For over fifteen years, I have been devoted to guiding personal transformation — as a birth doula, Waldorf teacher, biographical coach, and now as a 1:1 mentor for parents. Across all these roles, one truth remains: transformation begins with conscious presence and a commitment to becoming a new version of yourself — whether in motherhood, career, or life.

As a mother of three teenagers, I understand firsthand the real-life challenges of balancing inner growth, family life, and meaningful work. This experience allows me to hold space with depth, compassion, and clarity — supporting each client in their unique process of realignment and renewal.
